英特尔将发布X25-X系列低端SSD
据国外媒体报道，英特尔将在四季度圣诞节前发布X25-X系列低价SSD以迎合主流用户的需求。X25-X仍然采用2.5寸规格和34nm MLC NAND闪存，硬盘容量40GB。最大读取、写入速度170、35MB/s，现有的X25-M则有80/16GB两种容量，读取、写入速度可达250、170MB/s。
X25-X的待机功耗为75mW，负载功耗则为95mW，据消息称将于圣诞节前发布，售价在100美元以内。
